Aussie BBQ
Ok i did it, i took a photo of our BBQ. So for my dear JG & Maggs this is what our BBQ looks like so the eggs don't fall through to the coal -lol - there is no coal it's a gas BBQ with a grill and a hot plate.
What do your BBQ's look like? I'm wondering if they look like our Webber's. (that has coals and a grill type thing that we cook roasts in)

Huh. Well, mine has a lid. Doesn't look like your does? Then it has a flat grill for hamburgers, steaks, etc. Then right above it is a shorter grill for hot dogs and brats. I have a gas grill so there's no charcoal. Just lava rocks.
I just can't believe that you would make eggs on that versus in a frying pan that you can throw in the dishwasher. Too much work!

Yep - same here. Gas grill with rocks, three tiers of racks and a side burner that I rarely ever use. And the large hood-styled lid that it doesn't look like yours has. I'm with Maggs - way too much work just to make eggs (gathering supplies up, taking them outside, taking the cover off, turning tank on, etc.). That's why God invented stoves and griddles.
And, btw, it wouldn't kill you to clean yours off every so often :)

Ok then you'll have to take a picture of it for me one day!!
JG: regarding the cleaning - it's not my job! ;-) That's the bfriends department but admittidley (not spelt right) i did look at that picture and think it needs a good scrub!!

PS - I still think it's easier making bacon and eggs for 6 people on the BBQ and ti was a beautiful morning!!
